Samanthi is an associate and a foreign qualified registered lawyer in Singapore. With over 10 years’ of private and in-house legal experience, Samanthi has extensive experience advising clients ranging from high net worth individuals and startups to PE funds, multinational corporates and financial institutions on their legal requirements across a broad range of sectors and industries. 

Prior to joining the firm, Samanthi worked at a top tier Sri Lankan law firm, one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms and in-house at a transportation and logistics corporate.

Samanthi works closely with the dispute resolution and transactional practices as well as the firm’s Sri Lanka Practice Desk.

Samanthi holds a LLM with a distinction from Nottingham Trent University and received the best dissertation prize for her LLM dissertation. Samanthi holds a LLB from University of London and Chartered Tax Advisor qualification from the Chartered Institute of Sri Lanka.
