Artificiële intelligentie. De vragen die voortvloeien uit de opkomst van artificiële intelligentie, spreken zowel u als ons aan.

U / ons. Deze vragen stellen u / ons als economische speler en als mens voor een uitdaging. Ze dagen ons uit als uw advocaten en dwingen ons om na te denken over hoe we u kunnen blijven helpen wanneer algoritmen hele gebieden van onze praktijk zullen fagocyten.

"Antifragile". Artificiële intelligentie heeft ongetwijfeld zowel goede en slechte verrassingen, successen en teleurstellingen in petto voor u / ons. Om ons samen voor te bereiden op het onvermijdelijke onverwachte dat ons leven grondig zal veranderen, besloten wij om een bij CMS in België een “CMSbe.AI” groep op te richten.

CMSbe.AI. De leden van deze groep zijn aandachtige wakers van de ontwikkeling van artificiële intelligentie binnen hun vakgebied. Door 0samen te komen, hebben ze zich ten doel gesteld om de evolutie van artificiële intelligentie op een transversale manier te volgen. Dankzij deze technologische toezicht kan CMS België met name :

  • u bijstaan met de inzet van artificiële intelligentie binnen uw bedrijf,
  • u attent maken op mogelijke opportuniteiten of potentiële risico's,
  • u helpen omgaan met de schade veroorzaakt door een algoritme,
  • u een dienst aanbieden in de voorhoede van de innovatie door onze interacties te optimaliseren.

Passie. De “CMSbe.AI” groep is samengesteld uit juristen met een passie voor innovatie, die gespecialiseerd zijn in nieuwe technologieën, mededingingsrecht, staatssteun, gegevensbescherming en life sciences.

Genen. Het oprichten van de groep “CMSbe.AI” toont aan dat innovatie deel uitmaakt van de genen van CMS, het eerste advocatenkantoor dat een artificiële intelligentie groep in België lanceert.
