Bruno is een ervaren advocaat gespecialiseerd in vennootschapsgericht vastgoedrecht, met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring. Hij adviseert investeerders, projectontwikkelaars en kredietverstrekkers bij complexe vastgoedtransacties, gaande van de structurering van deals en due diligence-onderzoeken tot de onderhandeling en opmaak van documentatie voor de aan- en verkoop van vastgoedactiva en vastgoedvennootschappen, joint venture-projecten en financieringstransacties.

Hij leidt regelmatig grensoverschrijdende transacties en coördineert vastgoeddeals in meerdere rechtsgebieden.

Bruno werd toegelaten tot de Brusselse balie in 1989. Hij begon zijn loopbaan bij een groot Belgisch advocatenkantoor in de praktijkgroep Corporate & Finance. Daarna trad hij toe tot het advocatenkantoor dat uiteindelijk de Belgische tak werd van CMS, waar hij zich geleidelijk specialiseerde in vennootschapsgericht vastgoedrecht.

Hij behaalde een LL.M. (Comparative Law Studies) aan het Georgetown University Law Center en een licentiaat in de rechten aan de Université catholique de Louvain.

Hij spreekt vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
