Top players from the industry gather to discuss among others the outlook for Private Equity in Poland and CEE, the most competitive deal size and hot sectors, challenges in negotiating the acquisition of privately-held businesses, Warsaw Stock Exchange attractiveness as a possible source of funding, fundraising success stories, accessibility of attractive targets and valuation mismatch.
