11 May 2022 Past event

16:00 - 17:00 CET

Despite a successful vaccine roll-out, the world continues to contend with new variants of COVID-19. As countries scramble to adapt to ongoing infection risks, it is clear that working life isn’t going to back to the way it was any time soon.

In a new series of Wednesday webinars, CMS employment law experts will navigate you through the shallows of the new laws and requirements and will consider what the current pandemic challenges mean for employers in individual jurisdictions.

Each free 50-minute webinar will see CMS employment specialists from two or three countries exploring current and potential workplace issues in their respective jurisdictions – including:

  • Latest health and safety requirements for employers
  • Current rules on vaccinations – and what policies employers can (and can’t) impose
  • Adapting employment terms to accommodate flexible employment including remote working/working from home, hybrid working and permanent relocation.

Beyond COVID-related issues, each session will also look at what other pressing employment topics are arising in each jurisdiction and latest employment-related regulation, e.g. on whistleblowing. Each session will end up with a short Questions & Answers panel.

This is an essential opportunity for corporate employers to get concise, expert insight regarding their country-specific workplace responsibilities and options going into 2022.

The webinars will take place on Wednesdays at 15:00-15:50 CET (except Singapore & China session at 10:00-10:50 CET; and Colombia & Switzerland session at 16.00-16.50 CET). They will be conducted in English. Click on the relevant jurisdiction and date to reserve your free place.

And please forward this invitation to any colleagues or clients who may find it valuable to attend.

We look forward to seeing you.

Sincerely yours,
CMS Employment Group
