Femke Stroucken is partner en notaris binnen de praktijkgroep Real Estate & Construction van ons kantoor in Amsterdam. Zij is co-hoofd van de Real Estate & Construction groep in Nederland.

Femke is gespecialiseerd in vastgoed- en gebiedsontwikkeling, van transformaties van leegstaande kantoorgebouwen tot turn-key nieuwbouw. Daarnaast adviseert Femke bij internationale commerciële vastgoedtransacties en vastgoedfondsen (aan- en verkoop, herstructurering en financiering). Femke ondersteunt bij de vermogensregistratie bij het Nederlandse kadaster en adviseert over het structureren van eigendoms- en gebruiksrechten naar Nederlands recht.

Tot haar cliënten behoren nationale en internationale beleggers en banken, projectontwikkelaars en overheidsinstanties.
