Florestine Pottiez is an Advanced Associate in the Employment Law team.

She assists Monegasque employers in managing issues related to labor law and social protection, both in terms of advice and litigation. She assists in particular Monegasque companies in the management of their human resources and has developed expertise in the protection of personal data.

Florestine joined CMS Monaco in November 2023, after practicing as a lawyer at a French law firm specialized in employment, and then as an associate at a Monegasque legal advisory firm.
