Simon Sanders is advocaat binnen onze Praktijkgroep IP/TMC. CMS heeft hem aangetrokken om onze Telecommunicatiepraktijk verder vorm te geven. Voordat Simon bij ons in dienst trad, was hij advocaat en senior jurist van een groot multinationaal telecommunicatiebedrijf. Sinds de komst van Simon is onze Telecommunicatiepraktijk in snel tempo gegroeid. Naast de Telecommunicatiepraktijk adviseert Simon leveranciers en afnemers bij het contracteren en implementeren van complexe automatiseringsprojecten. Simon's technische en operationele kennis van Telecom en IT, gecombineerd met zijn juridische kennis, worden bijzonder gewaardeerd.

Simon is een actief lid van de internationale Telecommunications Practice Group van CMS, waarbinnen de kennis van 59 kantoren verspreid over 29 jurisdicties gecombineerd wordt en voor onze cliënten beschikbaar is.

Simon is tweetalig (Engels/Nederlands).
