The insurance and risk landscape is changing rapidly, both locally and internationally. On the first CMS Nordic Insurance Day, we will cover three topics that are central to these developments:

• Geopolitical risks: How is the changing geopolitical landscape affecting insureds, and is the insurance market adapting?
• Product Safety and Liability: New EU directives are leading to developments on a national and European level. What does this legislation mean for insurers, and what impact does it have on liability?
• Assessment of Loss under Warranty & Indemnity policies: Do’s and Don’ts when assessing loss under W&I policies, which pitfalls are insureds and insurers facing and recent cross-border developments.
