Inès Mzali joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2015. Inès focuses on international tax law matters and is more particularly specialized in all tax aspects of asset management and assistance to managers or family sharehorlders in the context of LBO transactions and the setting up of management packages.
Inès also advises companies and their managers on their current tax situation, and intervenes in tax audits and litigation.
