Jessica Mohaupt-Schneider advises financial investors, large corporations and fast-growing companies on international M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as on complex restructurings. She also uses her combination of corporate and financing expertise when supporting investors and start-ups in venture debt financings and advising start-ups as mentor of the CMS equIP programme.

Jessica has special tech, automotive and financial services sector expertise.

Jessica joined CMS in 2014 and has been partner since 2022. In 2018/2019, she was seconded to Silicon Valley Bank in London and Frankfurt. She is Co-Head of the Private Equity Cluster of Excellence of CMS Germany.
