Sam is an Associate Solicitor in CMS’ Intellectual Property team in London. He advises clients principally in the biotechnology, technology and media sectors, on a range of hard and soft IP and connected commercial issues. He has experience litigating in the High Court, Court of Appeal and at the Intellectual Property Office.

Prior to his legal career, Sam spent eight years managing trade mark licensing campaigns as well as at a biotechnology start-up.
