Yee Rou Quah is an Associate in the CMS Corporate/M&A team in London. She trained at DAC Beachcroft LLP, spending a year in their corporate department, before choosing to qualify with CMS’s corporate team on completion of her training contract. Prior to her training contract, Yee Rou worked in CMS’s client management team, which allowed her to gain an insight into how law firms service clients aside from producing excellent legal work. 

Yee Rou specialises in M&A transactions and assists clients in their ongoing corporate and commercial activities. She also has experience in ECM transactions, and with a public takeover.
